Yes! Our indoor spaces are all climate controlled.

Yes, we have two set-ups. One is a living wall backdrop that couples love and the other is our beautiful pantina concrete walls.

Our main space—the Main Hall—is equipped with four bathrooms, which are wheelchair and family accessible.

Couples usually reserve the venue 12-18 months in advance. The Ice Plant Bldg. is booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to reserve your chosen date, we require a deposit and signed contract.

Our standard 10-hour rental. Clients, vendors, and coordinators may arrive anytime within that time frame to begin setup. Wedding parties are welcome in the Bridal Suite earlier for an additional fee of $150 per hour.
Clients are welcome to secure access to the entire venue for an additonal fee of $350 per hour.

No. We have no hidden fees or charges.

Yes! A one-hour engagement or bridal portrait session is included with your rental. Once you choose your photographer, you will schedule an appointment with us to use the venue for your one-hour photo session. Photo sessions are only available Monday through Thursday. Additional hours are $150/Hr

Date Changes. In the event the Client chooses to change the date of the event, every effort will be made by The Ice Plant Bldg. to transfer reservations to accommodate the new date. All payments made towards the original reservation will be applied to the new date unless the change request occurs within 180 days of the originally scheduled event date (the “original event”). In the event a change of date occurs within 180 days of the original event, all deposits and payments will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve a future date. All venue rental fees for the new date will be based upon the The Ice Plant Bldg’s listed pricing at the time of the rescheduling.
Cancellations. In the event of Client cancellation, all payments made to the date of written cancellation are nonrefundable. To cancel your event, The Ice Plant Bldg. must have a cancellation request in writing. Cancellations will be effective immediately. However, if Client decides to proceed with a new date after the initial cancellation, The Ice Plant Bldg will only honor a date change within fourteen (14) days of the original notification of cancellation and all rules regarding date changes apply from above.

Your payment will be broken down into 2 separate non-refundable payments with the first being the deposit to secure your date. The following payment will be made 6 months from your event date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ACH Payments.
Once a client signs the event contract, we will send you an email with a link to your invoice which can be paid using most major credit cards

Yes, we do require that you have at minimum a day of planner to ensure that every detail of your event goes smoothly.

All outside vendors may be selected at the discretion of the couple but must be approved by The Ice Plant Bldg. Proof of insurance is required for all vendors and to sign our house rules and workers comp waiver.

Your venue rental includes complimentary access to our 15-20 gorgeously crafted farm tables (seat up to 10 guests), and 150-200 cafe chairs based on the package in your contract.

There will be at least one of The Ice Plant Bldg.’s on-site manager present during your event.

No. The Ice Plant Bldg does not provide these items, but our preferred vendors do.

We include 200 cafe chairs for use during your ceremony and/or reception.

The Ice Plant Bldg. team will set up your ceremony chairs and your table layout.

We have a cold kitchen with warmers and refridgerators the caterer may use.

Yes! Food trucks are allowed on our property. All food trucks must adhere to our vendor policies and are required to provide proof of insurance.

Yes! The Ice Plant Bldg. is equipped with complimentary WiFi for you and your guests.

We have three Heos Bluetooth indoor speakers and one Heos Bluetooth outdoor speaker. Our spaces are all thoroughly equipped with ample electrical output, your DJ or band will need to bring any and all A/V tools and equipment required.

Yes! The Ice Plant Bldg has a Preferred Vendors list in which contact information for a shuttle service is included

Yes! We have a large parking area and adjacent street parking which can accommodate as many cars or shuttles as necessary.

Yes! If five or more children are under the age of 13, clients must provide a caregiver solely responsible for their safety.

Yes! The Ice Plant Bldg is a pet-friendly property but we ask the following:
All waste must be picked up and properly discarded.
Pets must be watched at all times and cannot be left alone, unless in a kennel.
